Getting Your Own Dragons

Just a step-by-step guide on getting (and nurturing) your own dragons in Dragon Cave.

1. Click on the link to Dragon Cave at the sidebar.

2. You will be taken to the site, and the first thing you need to do is to get your own "scroll" (meaning, you need to register).

3. Fill up the necessary info, and then check your email and confirm the registration.

4. Check back on Dragon Cave from time to time. It's possible there is no eggs available. Just keep coming back (Refresh page) till there is already some eggs available and try to get some (you can have up to five). Each egg is describe uniquely. Don't linger too long in choosing, as there are others trying to get theirs also. I failed getting mine several times before.

5. If you succeeded in getting an egg, the next page will ask you to put the codes in a location where people can click it. There are several options available. You can feature it in your own site/egroup, or you can join fan sites that has members providing that all too important clicks to your dragons. As you can see, I am hosting a simplified version of a hatchery/nursery here in my blog.

6. Now watch it hatch and grow. I managed to get myself a hatchling, with the help of those who clicked on my dragon eggs. Now that I have started my own concept of a hatchery/nursery, I hope you would contribute your own scrolls, and help others also by viewing theirs.

Go get your egg!

Daily Dragon Clicks

Directions:

1. Click "Comments" and provide link/s to your scroll or specific eggs/hatchlings/adults. Specify conditions or situations of your pet that may require specific action (example: soft shells would need specific "cures"). Especially if you have several pets, you may want to specify which one would need the most attention. Let us know also if your egg or hatchling has only about two days left, so I can TRY (I got a dayjob too :p ) to add it up to an EMERGENCY post, which will be featured as a permanent link.

2. If you found other comments/listings for that day, please take the time to view them. Not only would you be helping them out, you may get to see some dragons you never saw before. If you happen to be one of the early birds, please view the preceding list.

3. I will be posting for a new set of comments/listings every so often, maybe twice a week (not too often, but not too few), depending on the turn out. This will keep the list fresh and moving. However, you are encouraged to drop by the site every day to view new ones and re-view the ones you viewed the days before.

This system is designed so that you won't be "overexposing" your pets to views (although it's not a guarantee that it won't get overexposed once people start coming in). This will also allow those who are interested in helping out to channel their attention and energies to those that may really require some assistance.

Thanks. Keep it coming.
